Dr. Maria Victoria Garcia graduated Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas. After her Ophthalmology Residency at UST Hospital, she pursued her post residency training in Orbit and Oculoplastic Surgery at Pennsylvania, USA and Ophthalmic Micro-Surgical skills (Phacoemulsification Course) advancement at the Medical City.
