Dr. Bhambi Uellyn G. De Leon graduated Medicine from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. After her Ophthalmology Residency at Veterans Memorial Medical Center, she pursued her Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus in Singapore National Eye Center and Jules Stein Eye Institute, California USA.
